Terms of Service

vulcan.genxmims.org is the unofficial community website for the Vulcan Discord server, made by MiMs. It is not a registered company product. Using the site means you also follow Discord’s Terms of Service. If these community terms and Discord’s terms conflict, Discord’s terms win for anything that happens on Discord.

You must be at least 13 and allowed to use Discord. Website login is limited to people already on the Vulcan members roster. Anyone can view the public landing, raffles, winners, and invite leaderboards without logging in.

Login uses Discord only. We do not issue passwords. Staff can add, change, or remove roster access, and they can ban a Discord ID from Vulcan features (including raffle eligibility). You may log out at any time.

Do not use the site or related Discord features to:

• Break Discord’s rules, the law, or another person’s rights.
• Cheat raffles, farm invites dishonestly, or evade a ban.
• Attack, scrape, or overload the site beyond normal browsing.
• Impersonate staff or other members.

Staff may remove access, cancel raffle entries, or ban accounts for abuse.

Raffles are promotional community events. Tickets use Ignis (an in-server currency with no cash value), free grants, or an off-platform request handled in Discord. This website does not take card payments and is not a lottery, casino, or cash gambling service. Entering a raffle means you also agree to the raffle rules.

If you join the Discord server, appear on the roster, enter a raffle, or show up on an invite board, we may display your Discord username, display name, avatar, and user ID on public pages as described in the Privacy Policy.

The site, bot, raffles, and leaderboards are provided as-is for the community. We do not promise uptime, unbroken links, or that a raffle will run exactly as scheduled. To the extent the law allows, Vulcan and MiMs are not liable for lost Ignis, missed prizes, downtime, or other damages from using the site.

We may change these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the latest version. Contact is the Vulcan Discord only.
