What these raffles are
Vulcan raffles are promotional community events. They are not a lottery, casino, or cash gambling product. Tickets have no cash value. This website does not take card or cash payments. By entering you also agree to the Terms of Service.
Who can enter
- You must be at least 13 and allowed to use Discord.
- You need a Discord account. Most entries happen in the Vulcan Discord with
/raffle. - Some raffles are limited to holders of specific Vulcan server roles. The raffle page lists those limits.
- Users banned from Vulcan features cannot buy or request tickets and cannot win, even if older tickets still appear on a list.
Ticket types
Each raffle uses one of these modes:
- Free — no Ignis spend.
- Paid — tickets cost Ignis, an in-server currency with no cash value.
- Hybrid — a set number of free tickets, then Ignis.
- External — you request tickets in Discord. Officers approve after an off-platform payment or trade described on that raffle. Vulcan does not process that payment on this website.
Role bonuses, per-user caps, and per-purchase caps are shown on the raffle page when they apply. This page is view-only; buys and requests happen in Discord.
How winners are drawn
When a raffle ends (the scheduled end time, or a staff action), winners are drawn from the ticket pool. Selling out the ticket cap does not draw early. More tickets mean a higher chance. Staff may reroll a draw if there was fraud, a banned winner, a technical error, or another published reason. Drawn raffles and winners may stay public.
Public entries
If a raffle’s entry list is public, we may show Discord names, avatars, user IDs, ticket counts, and odds on the site. Winners history is public. Staff can hide the entry list on a specific raffle; the winner may still be announced.
Prizes
Prizes are fulfilled in Discord, not through this website. Claim windows and delivery details are announced there. If you do not claim in time, staff may reroll or keep the prize. We do not promise a prize will be available forever or that a listed value is an offer to buy or sell.
Staff decisions
Staff may cancel a raffle, refund Ignis, deny an external request, remove entries, or change a listing if something goes wrong or someone breaks the rules. Void where prohibited. Asking questions or requesting a data change happens in the Vulcan Discord.
